Delete your UTG account
This page is for optional Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and Firebase accounts. If you never signed in, there is no UTG account on our servers to delete.
What is deleted
When we complete a deletion request, we delete what we can reach on our side:
- The Firebase Authentication account for that login
- Profile data we store for that account
- Cloud collections we can reach that are tied to that account (not Apple-only iCloud records we cannot access from our servers)
- The OneSignal player / subscription association we hold for that user or device token, so we stop targeting that ID
We also revoke Sign in with Apple tokens as Apple requires when you delete the account or when Apple notifies us that you stopped using Apple ID with UTG.
What remains
- App Store receipts and UTG Pro+ billing records — those stay with Apple
- Device-only data until you delete the app (on-device cache, widgets, local preferences)
- Some backups (for example iCloud/device backups of the app container, and processor logs kept for a limited time under their policies)
- Follows / collections stored only in your iCloud (CloudKit) until you clear them in the app or in iCloud settings — we cannot empty your iCloud from this website
Steps
-
Start the request. Open UTG → Settings → Account → Delete account if that control is in your version.
If in-app delete is not shipped yet (or you cannot sign in), email yad3v.dev@gmail.com from the Apple ID Hide My Email / Google email on the account, with the subject line Delete my UTG account. Say you want the Firebase account, profile, reachable cloud collections, and OneSignal association deleted.
- We delete within 30 days of a verified request (sooner when we can). We may email to confirm it is you. Legal holds can extend retention where the law requires.
- Uninstall UTG if you want device-only data gone, and disable or delete UTG iCloud data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud if you want those lists off Apple’s iCloud as well. Optionally: Settings → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → UTG → Stop Using Apple ID.
